Examining central issues concerning education of African American children, particulary at "priority schools" and generally at all Jefferson County Public Schools. Key policy makers and implementers representing Kentucky Department of Education, Jefferson County Public Schools, and Jefferson County Teachers Association will present policy positions and respond to community stakeholders.
